Today's The Star Online reported that KTM Komuter will refund if train delayed more than 30 minutes. And they said that previously it was two hours, but last year revised to half an hour... And many were unaware... Then my question was why tell us now when you have revised it since last year? And why not improve service, minimize delays, increase trains, etc? Who cares about a refund? We have been waiting for more than half an hour between trains anyway today, without change, so this is not good news... It is in fact ancient news... It does not bring any difference whatsoever...
